Everytime I start my 95 S500c the SRS light goes on for about 2 minutes and then turns off and stays off. What could it be?

If I shake my steering wheel the light still stays on, so I don't think it's a sensor in the steering wheel. Someone told me about the sensor in the seatbelt buckle. Can anyone confirm?
