That's actually the front, not the back - the M110's have the carb on the driver's side. Look closely and you'll see the trans on the back of the engine.

What is immediately in the foreground is the vacuum-driven fuel shut-off as well as the big vacuum line that goes to the vacuum pump on the front of the valve cover, which is driven off the end of the right camshaft.

I am not making this up.
