I haven't given up hope on my tumbler. I plan to try it again this weekend, time permitting. I'll try and take it apart as you suggested. I am able to remove it with the key but haven't been able to open it up. I'll remove the pins as you suggested and see what happens. Will update you asap, thanks again for all the help!
