Thanks. I'll try it again with the door shut. I'm pretty sure I had the door open yesterday because the window was shut.

By the way, there are two suggestions so far on the new post: 1) a gun; 2) vicegrips. I think 2) was serious but I don't think I want to risk breaking off the key.
