I've used Bars Leak in very old "daily drivers". The stuff is pretty amazing for small coolant leaks.

I wouldn't bet a nickel that anyone has a "snake oil" product available that solves leaking head gaskets. I suppose it won't hurt to try, but don't be surprised if it either doesn't help or doesn't help for very long.
