possibly or maybe it has become unpluged.

Check to make sure you dont have gold colored bulbs in the socket holders. They should all look like a silver color on the base of the bulb.

The ohm loads are different on gold (US) bulbs vs silver (european) bulbs. This is really evident on brake light bulbs because gold ones can make your cruse control pulse.
