It took me no more than 15 minutes to replace mine. Remove the air filter, disconnect the EHA wire connection, unscrew two alen screws, remove old EHA, replace 2 green o-rings, screw in new EHA - don't over tighten, reconnect the wires, reinstall the air filter.

I think you missed my point, guy. Removal and replacement is easy enough to do in my sleep. I was asking if it could be epoxyed. But I decided to fork out the cash and order one.
