FWIW,

Just this morning, a young man in Homestead Florida, decided to take another persons car to the speedway.

Yes he stole someone elses car, ran down to the Homestead Motor Speedway and did about 5-10 laps at about 135 miles per hour.

When apprehended by Police, he commented on the "handling of the car" and went to jail for grand theft, among other things.
