After the response form LeBenz and Med Mech, I decided to back off (reluctantly) and not to post another reply because I didn't come here tonight to bust anyone's balls...but here I am again, as others here have pretty much summed up what I was thinking. First, I will never condone anyone doing 115 in a 35 mph zone. In NC, as I'm sure it is in most states, a 35 mph zone is reserved for high traffic and/or residential areas. IanMB, if I ever see you (your wife or anyone else) driving that fast in a 35 mph zone, I will be the first to notify law enforcement and hope and pray that you're thrown under the jail to never again enjoy the "priviledge" of driving. All it takes is one child to make a wrong move while you're making a REALLY wrong move (need I say more?). But what really moved me to post again and offer my opinion here (just as Diesel Power said) was the absolutely arrogant response from IanMB (although I still think his story, at the very least, has been embellished) . I noticed that in his first post, his sig included "My name is Ian and I need help" (or something very similar). It no longer appears there. So, maybe there has been an awakening here. I didn't visit this forum tonight to enter into confrontation or with any intention other than to enrich and entertain myself in a way that we all share. But IanMB, you have to understand that this forum is kind of like sitting around the kitchen table at 2 a.m., drinking "too many beers" with your buds - if you say something stupid or cop a belligerent attitude, you're probably gonna get your chops busted, and rightfully so. Although I don't know how old you are, I have the feeling that you're still pretty young. So Ian, I'll offer some advice - relax a little, think before you speak (post) and just enjoy this forum without inflaming anyone. There is a wealth of information along with alot of good people that hang out here.
