Despite the absence of pertinent info (as Larry Bible mentioned), you are in for a REAL treat!

MB buries the evaporator deep within the core of the dashboard. So service and replacement requires first that the entire dash be removed!

This is not a task for the faint of heart!

I didn't bother, I let the dealership fool with it (done under extended warranty). Most of the $2800 cost involved nearly 18 hours of labor allotted for dash dissassembly and reinstallation. The evaporator priced out around $800...
