I've been having more trouble with my 94 E320. So far in 3 months I've had to replace a coolant, but now I think there might be a bigger problem. Basically everything started happening last night, I tried to start the car, but it wouldn't. It made the vroom-vroom-vroom sound. On some of the tries, I had the key turned for a pretty long time, maybe 10-15 s, trying to get it to start. Eventually, after pressing the gas pedal, the engine did start. Fast forward to today, I tried to start it, but instead of that vroom sound, I got a click and some real nice silence. I thought i used all the power yesterday, so I tried a jump, nothin happened. I'm probably askin an impossible question, but what would you guys think is wrong? Did I damage any parts by trying to crank it for such a long period of time? thanks for help

EDIT: Correction: the starters clicking, but not spinning or anything.
