The R-12 I bought on Ebay is original cans -- they appear to have been stored away, so that's nice to know I'll have virgin freon in the system.
I added Freeze-12 last summer as a top-off, so I'll need to do the full flush.
I had no clue that Autozone rented pumps, so I'll definitely take advantage of that.
Brewtoo: if you do a search on Ebay for "Robinair" or "Yellow Jacket" you'll find some good used vacuum pumps, anywhere from 1.5CFM to 6.
