This only happens when idling with a warm engine. As soon as i touch the gas, the needle will stay steady at 2.5 - 3 bar, depending on the load. 3 bar when driving steady down the road.

Your oil pressure gauge is fine...how's your idle?
I have a vacuum leak somewhere that causes my idle to "surge"...but my tach and oil pressure readings fluctuate in harmony...
