Well, what Randy said may be easier said than done. The seat parts in my 240D were so rusted together that I gave up getting them apart. But you can swap the entire seats if you're willing to live with a few quirks. The backrest adjusters will be on the wrong side, the plastic trim pieces will have to be left off, and you'll lose the center arm rest (I didn't have one to start with). To remove the seats, just take out the 4 10mm bolts that hold the frame to the floor. You'll have to swap the seat belt parts from one to the other, but that should be pretty easy.
