I found this part next to my car this morning on the ground. It is rubber and has 3 small holes on one side and a large offset hole on the other. It has a flange like it fits into a sheet metal hole. The part number is 123 99729 81 and probably came off the '94 wagon. I tried looking it up but it wasn't there.
