Sounds like the connection at the tank, or the hose from the tank to the pump/filter assembly. Try removing the panel at the back of the trunk to check it and/or get underneath and look closely for wet areas..

This is an aside, but I see the reference quite a lot to 'Indie' or 'indy' garage(?). What does this mean? Indianapolis?
