Sounds to easy. But that is when it works. I am a little confused on the notch concept. I imagine it is to tell one side from theother. If that is the case i understand.

If I understand you correctly, only half the key is used. Be it the right or the left, as opposed to the top and the bottom. I will waste a blank and get it done. Thanks.
