Further investigation.... I'm not entirely sure it's the auxillary water pump. It may be coming from near the fire wall but it does vibrate the heater hoses and other parts near the area. You can definitely hear it from outside and inside the car although a bit muffled. Car doesn't have to be running, just the key on position 1 or 2. Still normal?
