Well, I don't know who made them but the Chinese rotors I installed last summer on a friend's '93 Dodge Caravan, are still OK and I just installed a pair on my '84 Honda, so we'll see. I got them from Pep Boys.
On the other hand, I'd think twice before installing them on a Mercedes. I've had good luck putting German ATE rotors on Mercedes but a friend even had problems with those on his '90 BMW 735i and had to get new rotors from the BMW dealer. The Italian Brembo rotors I installed last year, on a BMW 325i and Volvo 850, are doing OK. In any case, avoid the kids at the tire stores with the impact guns unless they use a torque-stick! I suggest hand tightening the lug-bolts, preferably with a torque wrench, to reduce the possibilty of warping new rotors.
