Use the MB hose -- I've not found anything else that will last very long except diesel rated fuel line, and finding some that small (a bit less than 1/8" -- 2mm) is very difficult.

A bit pricey, but if installed correctly, will last for some years.

When you remove the old line, if it is brittle, make SURE all the bits are off the nipples on the injectors. A chunk of old hard hose on there will split the new hose wide open.

Best way to remove the old ones (unless they are rock hard and glassy) is to take a pair of needle-nosed pliers and grip the side of the hose along the nipple and crush the old hose. This will tear it off completely -- make sure, of course, that you don't "bite" into the nipple itself. Usually even on hardened hose this will completely remove the old line. Check for bits, though -- if the lines are completely petrified you will have to chip the remnants off (carefully -- scratches on the nipple will cause fuel leaks).

To install, grip the line with the needle-nosed pliers just above where the nipple will end up and push down. Make sure the hose is seated completely.

Easy job.
