1998 E320

Was taking some gas out of my gas tank for the mower ( ya I know stupid) and the rubber tube that I was using broke and part of it, ( how much I have no idea) fell into the gas tank.

Should I worry? Will it just sink and not bother pump? Is there a way to get into the filler tube and maybe get it if it didn't fall all the way? Way to get into tank?

HELP! Let me know!
