About a year ago I bought 4 6.5 inch Infiniti Kappa UNIplane (1.25 inch deep) super thin coaxials and 2 8" Infiniti Kappa Uniplane (1.5 inch deep) speakers along with 2 4x75watt amplifiers and a Clarion Pro Audio DR9575(best they made at the time) The car I was planning to put them in was sold shortly after. I would like to put them in my 86' 300e w124. I was wondering if anyone had attempted a similarly inconvenient install and where they placed the speakers? Can they fit into the door panel or must I fabricate speaker pods? Does anyone know where to buy premade 6.5 inch speaker pods? I would REALLY appreciate any suggestions or help, maybe even a picture of your install. Thanks so much,
