Turbo parts are pretty much matched to each other. I wouldn't try mixing unless I was sure they were made to go together. You may be able to call Majestic Turbo in Texas and ask them if you can marry the pieces together.
As to cleaning your intake manifold. Since you have it off the car, how about using your shotgun cleaning kit with the big brass brush? Gonna be a messy job.
