What I can decipher from the part #'s you posted is, the first Bosch is a regular plug, while the NGK's and the last Bosch are platinum plugs.
I would go with the first one.
As far as being the correct heatrange, the numbers listed ( which contain the heatrange ), are the correct heatrange.
