Don't know either answer. But, erratic idle is not likely to be solved by adjusting a screw on the ICV. You could remove the ICV and check if the action seems smooth - clean it if it's not. Another thing to check would be the condition of the potentiometer on the side of the airflow meter - they wear out causing this idle problem. Make sure you score marks first to allow you to re-install it in the original orientation. It rotates to calibrate. A flakey OVP can cause idle problems as well, and stalling.
