Yep, no proposal...
Stopped at a jewelry outlet while strolling through the mall.
She playfully picked out rings she liked.
She chose one in particular and I bought it for her telling her it was a "promise/friendship" ring.
Obviously she knew better...and later told everyone close to her that night.
Later in the year, we set a wedding date...still no proposal...it just happened, that's it!
