I have a chance to purchase a 1983 500Sl that has numerous records and is in excellent condition. It is an European model that has been in the states since new. Mileage is 90K. Seller is asking 12,500.00 I own a 85 380SE but am new to the SL. Any thoughts would be appreciated. It is a California car. Thanks.
