Use Loctite 5900 as the sealer for the pan, that I know for sure, Accept NO Substitutes!!!
Torque on the bolts I believe are all 20 nm.
It's a tough job, it's hard to get the pan out from between the engine and subframe. It helps to be able to slightly lift the engine to do the job, but is doable without this effort.
