Mine is a 1990 300E, 320K. Extremely clean (Garage kept). Problems were 1, Hard start (Cold Start Valve), 2, Smokey exhaust (Valve guide seals) and 3, Bad Compressor and condensor. I Paid $1,500 for the car. It cost me about $1,300 for parts stated above. Car is now super nice and I have around $2,800 in it. But, you must consider that I did the repairs myself. If the cosmetics were not as nice as they are, I would have passed the car. I guess it would now be worth around $5,000.
