I have a set of these on my 500e. They've only been on it for about a month, because I've been busy with other projects.
I removed the rear hydraulic struts and put a pair of bilstein sport shocks for a 400e on the rear.
I have koni adjustables up front.
The springs lowered the front end a hair over an inch, but the rear actually sat higher about 3/4 of an inch with the original spring pads.
Before making any changes, I decided to drive the car a few hundred miles to see if they would settle, but the rear was still too high.
I ended up removing the rear spring pads completely, and the rear now sits about 1/2 of an inch lower than when it was stock.
Handliong on the street seems OK, but I can't really comment until I gewt it back to the track where I can really use the car.
