Installing 400e front brakes on a 190 is as easy as replacing the stock rotors. The parts you will need are the 400e rotors, calipers,pads, (and dust shields if you want them for a street car).
You simply remove the original parts and bolt on the 400e calipers to the front spindle in the same location that the stock 190 caliper bracket was mounted to.
