I figured out when listers refer to the "sleeve" they really mean "bushing". After that dawned on me the parts came up same as the above. Gave a quick call to Phil at this site and he confirmed the numbers. From the Stu Ritter procedure descripts it appears that the outer seal ring does not have to be replaced, and actually can't without dropping the trans. I intend to follow up on this string after the weekend, when the operation will take place. This relatively easy repair is hopefully going to cure my trans upshift "flaring" as it's commonly called. That term also threw me; seems simpler to just say "slipping between upshifts". IMHO anyway. Tomato, tomahtoe.
