Thanks for the reply. Can you elaborate on what the weak link is in the M103 that causes the head gasket to fail? Is there anything I can do to mitigate the problem especially if I install the turbos?

Just for clarification, it sounded like you didn't see a problem using the head studs. Is this correct?
