That's the Ferrari Badge. Stock top speed is mid 60's but it's limited by US law otherwise 90ish it's a 650cc.
I was pulling my Neigbors little fishin rig out, he told me he drained it the next thing I know I'm doing an endo. As things turned out he pulled the plug on the live well and not the bilge the thing must have had 50 gallons of H2O in it.
