No you can't go to the local mcparts or home depot. I believe its stainless, flexible and metric. Take it off and have it welded.

Its probably broken because the motor mounts need replacing, the trans mount needs replacing and maybe the rack dampner pin for the IP needs to be updated. Start with the motor mounts.
