I am not sure, the spring pads are really used for alignment purposes, not for lowering so I don't think that would be the case (US vs. Euro ride height). The euro spec most likely uses different springs.

On older Porsches, the suspensions between the two were identical and the Porsche factory installed very large/thick washers to raise the ride height of the car. The washers were the first item removed from these cars when people bought them.
