The previous owner changed out the key-lock, possibly (probably) because of oil in the shutoff valve right behind the lock set. When I was working on the radio and the ACC which were having problems, found oil had traveled down via the cabled wires and had soaked a lot of the items in the center of the console. No evidence of any current leaks or new oil, just a mess that had not been cleaned up adequately by the PO.
