The power steering filter is inside the reservoir. Remove the black twist off cap and metal lid first. I drained the fluid by pumping it out with a liquid soap dispenser pump. After that you have to remove the metal post in the center of the reservoir. Then just pull out the old filter and drop in a new one.

The fuel filter is located near the rear wheel well (passenger side, I think) under the car. I haven't tried changing mine, so I can't be much help there.
