That is very interesting. Unfortunately, I do not have an answer as to why your vehicle is doing that. If it were properly functioning, it should not matter that the start sequqnece is with the key. On my car, this has no effect on the operation of it.

Hopefully someone else may be able to shed some light on the problem.
