Provided that 1) the lights function; and 2) are properly aimed, most state inspections aren't overly concerned about the e-code lights . . . unless you have an inspector that knows Mercedes!

I suppose it could be worse, in Germany they have to keep all their TUV approvals and have the proper ABE numbers for all the aftermarket parts.
