Yes it's the chassis model, '76 is a lighter and smaller 115 chassis.

The 115 is my favorite for looks, but I do like the roomer 123 and it's not that slow and is fine around town and on the back country roads. It's just not an 80 mph interstate cruiser or a jack rabbit from the light.
