I replaced my engine mounts and engine shocks today, as well as the transmission mount and differential mount.

The latter two were definitely in need of replacement, and I replaced the other stuff at the same time since the car shook more than it seemed it should, and I had no idea when they were last replaced. Once out, the old engine mounts looked fairly old and worn out, but not terrible (like my nearly shredded transmission mount).

The car now starts smoother than it did before (less shaking), and when I'm driving it it feels smoother than before also. HOWEVER, it seems to shake three times as much as it did before at idle, and when shutting it off the car shakes back and forth enough to make me think it's trying to flip itself over!

Why is it worse now than before? Any ideas??
