There are no speakers in those locations. They are used for the factory phone speaker if you have it. If not, it is prewired. You have an 11 speaker system, the center speaker behind the rear view mirror, the 4 in the front doors, two in the back doors, and 4 across the back deck. I would think that in the process of a stereo upgrade, the dash location is a great spot for a set of tweeters, but I don't think that the wiring there runs from the stereo system, but don't quote me on that.
