If you're talking about an antifreeze hydrometer to measure freeze/boiling point, yes they will work on any ethylene glycol base antifreeze regardless of the corrosion inhibitor chemistry. Dexool and Zerex G-05 (same as MB antifreeze) are both ethylend glycol based.

If you're talking about the litmus paper for testing reserve alkylinity, it is only valid for the traditional green antifreeze.
