Been there .... what I did was use the hose from a vacuum after moving the seat forward. I covered a portion of the outlet that the vacuum hose didn't. Whatever it was is gone ....
If that doesn't work you can take your seat out, pull back the carpet, locate the plastic duct from the center console area and remove it.
