You may need to remove the radio and check the serial number to ensure the code you are inputting is for the radio in your car. Radios can be exchanged under warranty, as well the vehicle(s) can/will/do leave without the "new code!" Go figure........

If all numbers match than I believe you would need to leave the key in the #1 position for 1 hour. At that time you have one more attempt at getting the code inputted correctly.
