Said friend's 67 250S has a peculiar power steering problem - no power assist turning the wheel left, sufficient power assist but significant pump noise turning the wheel right. Does this mean a bad pump or something else? No noise, vibrations, grating or anything when steering with the front end off the ground. Any ideas?
