In every job I've ever held (since I was fifteen) there was always somebody who claims they could do a better job of being the boss. Several times I have made that claim. Most of the time its just *****in' and the complainer wont take the job even if its offered. Why? "They couldn't pay me enough." Am I the only person who's said or heard that?

On every occasion that I have felt I could do a better job and in which I took the risk, I did do a better job and eventually got compensated for it.

Funny thing, folks like to see consistent proof of performance before they give you more money. I can't tell you the times I've heard, "If they'd pay me more, I'd...". Well guess what cupcake, you ain't gonna get paid more because you ***** more; you get paid more when you demonstrate you do more.
