should my turbo look like this @ the inlet?

Took the air filter and utube off for valve adjustment. My turbo has always looked like this at the inlet, nothing new. But I figured Id take a few pics for advice...

Will having oil at the inlet be bad for turbo life? Is it a sign of somethign bad for my engine?

I run delvac 1 5w-40, the car has 223k on it, and I get 30 mpg. Seems fine to me, buit I want to be sure it stays that way.

Thanks,

JMH
