The news articles are actually quite excellent. They are comprehensive and well researched.
It is the people in the forums which I hate.
All they talk about is "looks" and "styling" and how the G Class looks like a box on wheels and needs to be smoothed out to look like a jelly bean to look cool.
These guys are as vain as my young sister who spends time posting about hot looks on "beauty-self improvement-fashion" internet chat boards.
Who are these people and why am I so mad at them....???
Could it be that they value technical gimmickry and the newest and the sleekest to sound engineering and build quality? Are these folks who appear to be in their mid to late twenties (within my age group) the average mindset about automobiles?
Anyone have similar impressions of these "GermanCarFans"...???
